Well, can we at least get a clause that says no amendment can be passed that deliberately says "this treaty is null and void and our responsibility with this nation is gone" unless it is breached by the other party? THen, other less obvious, perhaps accidental interference can still be legal? And what if the treaty specifically says NO kind of law WHATSOEVER can overturn it? If these situations can be taken care of I'll shut up. (but not about... oh, nevermind )

Well I doubt the situation in question will come up so I'd rather just strike it from the constitution.
