The regions of Dracoheim and Belleville have been somewhat delinquent in participating in the government in which they belong to. Therefore, I propose that the following referendum be brought before the Senate:
I, His Excellency, Ryan Grass, do propose the following:
-That the regions of Natopia known as Belleville and Dracoheim be dissolved at once.
-That the lands of the region of Belleville be incorporated into the region of Lochhatonia upon it's dissolution.
-That the lands of the region of Dracoheim be incorporated into the region of Hazelwood upon it's dissolution.
-That each remaining region should be represented by an additional senator each (for a total of 2 per region).

In the absence of the Grand Consul, i hereby appointment myself as a temporary replacement. I shall only retain this position for this particular Referendum.
The Grand Consul leads debate and casts one vote. the Consul is allowed one vote to determine ties. Therefore I place this referendum on the floor! Commence debate!

The regions of Belleville and (especially) Dracoheim have not actively participated in this government. One has no leader, and the other has a leader of rather questionable intelligence. therefore, I submit that these derelict regions be absorbed into active regions

The bill passes, 3-0! now the bill must be approved by the Grand Chancellor to be enforcable. This will be posted in the "Office of the Grand Chancellor" board.

The regions of Hazelwood and Lochhatonia must now appoint an additional senator from each region, in accordance with the newly passed bill. Hazelwood appoints Her Honor, Ashley Grass.
