Proposed Natopia/RWO treaty

Here's my treaty proposal with respect to the harmonisation of foreign policy, as requested:

The SOVEREIGN IMPERIAL REPUBLIC OF NATOPIA (hereafter referred to as "Natopia") and the REPUBLIC OF WEST OVERBROOK (hereafter referred to as "the RWO") hereby recognise that the RWO has harmonised its foreign policy with Natopia, and that it shall be the right of the Grand Natopian Senate to invalidate any foreign policy initiative undertaken by the RWO by a majority vote.

looks good. ill sign it right after the Senate ratifies an amendment to give itself power of foreign affairs. our constitution forbids the senate from having any power in foreign affairs. this amendment will grant it the power to actually use this treaty and it grants the senate power over foreign policy.

not that we ever will strong-arm our way over RWO's foreign policy...

with Lavalon, Aerlig, and us all granted some power over the RWO... it could turn into a battleground!
