Dear all,
It was suggested by me during my visit to Antica that Matbaa join the pact of non-alignment. I was told that I must have you and Riponia's approval to do so. For a while now, Matbaa has been in the CIS, and although we've had a great time, we simply don't want to become a grand-commonwealth-esque superpower, which, between ourselves, is one of the reasons why we may leave soon. We'd rather become one of the prosperous and respected 'Medium' nations like Natopia, Alexandria, Gotzborg, Riponia, and Anthelia. I have great respect for the non alignment pact and what it stands for, and vow to keep to its charter for as long as I and my nation can.
Wonderful will be the day when I can greet your Emperor Nathan and your citizens as 'Pact Brother'
