Greetings to the Sovereign Natopian Empire from the Confederate Rianates of Lemuria. We are a nation that has existed since July 16th, 2004 but have just recently become independent once more following our joining the Grand Commonwealth.

We hereby award you official recognition, and wonder if it might be solidified by the signign of one of those nifty stock recognition treaties you have up at the top of this forum?

Treaty of Recognition
between
The Sovereign Natopian Empire
and
The Confederate Rianates of Lemuria

Both Signing Parties to this Treaty shall recognize the sovereignty of each other over all territorial claims, actual or virtual.

Neither Party will engage in overt or covert hostilities against the other Party.

If a conflict shall arise among the Parties, a neutral third party shall be selected by the Signing Parties to mediate.

Terms of this treaty may be amended with both Parties' consent.
