The Sovereign Imperial Kingdom of Natopia (Natopia) and the Holy Illustrious Kingdom of Joshland (Joshland) hereby proclaim their intentions of establishing mutual recognition.

1. Natopia hereby recognizes the sovereignty of Joshland over all of its claims, virtual or actual. Joshland hereby recognizes the sovereignty of Natopia over all of its claims, virtual or actual.
2. Natopia will never engage in hostile action, either overt or covert, against Joshland. Joshland will never engage in hostile action, either overt or covert, against Natopia.
3. Citizens of Natopia may have free travel in Joshland. Citizens of Joshland may have free travel in Natopia.
4. The head of state of Natopia may petition of the government of Joshland if an action of the Joshlandian government does not coincide with this Treaty.
