The Sovereign Imperial Kingdom of Natopia (referred to as Natopia) and the United Kingdom of Hooverton and Lower Cromdell (referred to as the United Kingdom) hereby affirm and proclaim the status of mutual respect and friendship existing between them.

The Signing Parties (Natopia and the United Kingdom) agree to the following terms:

I. Natopia recognizes the United Kingdom's sovereignty over its claims, actual or virtual. The United Kingdom likewise recognizes Natopian sovereignty over its claims, actual or virtual.
II. Citizens from one Signing Party shall have free access to visit the other Signing Party. Each Signing Party reserves the right to prohibit access to areas of their actual or virtual territory.
III. Trade among the Signing Parties will be open and encouraged.
IV. Should a citizen of one Signing Party committ a crime while within the territory of another Signing Party, that accused citizen shall be placed on trial in the Signing Party where the crime occured.
V. The terms of this Treaty may be amended at any time with both Signing Parties consenting. Either Signing Party may withdraw from this Treaty.
