Prime Minister Chowdury, please present this treaty to the Alexandrians and seek their approval.
A Leasing Agreement
Between
The Empire of the Alexandrians
And
The Sovereign Imperial Kingdom of Natopia
Whereas, the two contracting parties (Alexandria and Natopia) exist together in friendhsip and trust.
Recognizing, the special circumstance of Natopians living within Alexandrian territory.
Both the Empire of the Alexandrians and the Sovereign Imperial Kingdom of Natopia agree to the following terms:
1. That the area recognized in Schedule One of this Leasing Agreement be leased to Natopia.
2. Natopia will be able to exercise full sovereignty over leased land.
3. This leasing agreement will expire exactly one year from the ratification by both parties unless extentions or reductions are agreed upon by both parties.
4. Upon expiration of this leasing agreement, full sovereignty of the land will return to Alexandria. Natopians residing in in the land at that time will be subject to Alexandrian sovereignty unless other treaties or agreements have been put into force that deal with this issue.
