Right now, I hold the only admin account. Neem has the only global moderator account.
The Grand Chancellor and High Judge are important positions. But are they important enough to grant access to admin or gmod features?

actually.. with proboards i can create specific levels of access to features.
ill set it up so that chancellor and judge have appropriate levels of access.
one thing that i want the chancellor to do is update the Frenzy Docket up top. i can grant access to change the headers and footers independently of other stuff.

can you make a new "level" for this, like lower than admin, but has so "powers" or "abilities" or what ever you want to call them
