I've always kinda thought the way Shireroth and other nations have weighted votes was cool.
Should Natopia adopt a system of weighted votes based on merit? I would say this system would be ok:
Duke: 4 votes Count: 3 Baron: 2
And.. going that way, as Sovereign of the Black Hole, I am above a Duke and could be entitled to 5 votes. Although, I'm not too sure bout that many votes... I would most likely create myself Baron of Ziegeland again and my Barony would just include Lindstrom City, making it a somewhat independent capital district (like Americas D.C. and Australias A.C.T.)
It would encourage people to TRY to become Knights of the Black Hole... but then, Natopia would become a nation of nobles, no "plain" citizens.
Discuss.

Hmmmmmmmmmmm, if we do do this, people are going to have to say how many votes they are entitled to in their post. But, it's better if it has weight based on how much the participate in the debate...
