NOTING, the express will of the People of Lavalon, as represented by their government and officials, is to secede from this Empire
RECOGNIZING, Section 43 of Royal Code has been repealed by the Royal Frenzy
THEREFORE, the Imperial Government thereby absolved itself of the responsibilities of governing the People of Lavalon
DESIRING, all peoples to be free and governed by their own accord
Therefore;
1. The Principality of Lavalon is hereby released from this Empire with the Natopian People's best wishes
2. The Empire is absolved of all further responsibilities involving the Principality and any successor states
3. The MCS territory of Lavalon shall remain under the Empire's sovereignty but all cities except Bagelston will be renamed and the land will be absorbed into the Crown Territory of Klaasiya
