Under the Second Article of the Grand Constitution, I hereby transfer all Chancellorial powers, rights, duties, and responsibilities to the Prime Minister, Her Grace, Tasneem Chowdhury, Archduchess of Tasneemia.
She may, for dire circumstances, temporarily transfer Chancellorial power to a member of the Imperial Cabinet, as per the Order of Authority.
I will assume Chancellorial powers upon my return on July 4.

My Fellow Natopians:
My family is currently moving to another state, and I am forced to be offline for a week or two. Instead of trying to find someone to replace me, I am going to stay in power, but use our Imperial Advisor, Rob Davis, to relay any important messages to me. He has the ability to contact me in person, and will keep me constantly updated.
So even though I wont be online, I will still be here since Rob will make sure I know what's going on.
When Carson Smith comes back, he will be the fill-in Chancellor until Nate gets back.

So the chancellor is handing over power to someone who will be handing over power to someone who will be handing over power to...and somewhere Master Davis comes into this. Okay, sounds fine to me!
