The Grand Protectorate of Lindstrom is Hereby dissolved into the component Protectorates of Lindstrom, Andiopolis, and Vice.
Also, these Protectorates shall form the reestablished Region of Shepard. I appoint myself to be Regional Protector of Shepard.
