I hereby grant Prime Minister Tasneem all the powers and duties of the office of Grand Chancellor until my return on July 20.
Until President Carson returns, PM Tasneem will preside over the Frenzy as well.

Haha! im back! tho im not sure im "democratically" still Grand Chancellor... bah... we'll just continue along until we can verify the votes that we cant access right now. but WHEN (not if!!) Rob gets back, we'll check em!
