More like the United States and less like most micronationalists, constitutional amendments will be tacked on to the end instead of changing the constitution as it is. Here, then, is the Constititutional Amendment I propose (proposed amendments shall have letters, passed amendments shall be numbered)
Amendment A In the event of an extended absence of the High Royal Judge for a period of twenty (20) or more days and the presence of a Jugge may be necessary, or also in the event that the High Royal Judge take an official leave of absence, the Emperor may appoint a High Regent Judge to serve in this capacity until such time as the High Royal Judge returns.
Debate?

Maybe add or Empress there, and include the fact that in this situation the Emperor does not want to reappoint the position yet? Motion to amend to include these things, and also to amend the typo.

I second the motion to amend the typo and gender. however, i think the last part isnt necessary for the constitution. if i wanted a permenant replacement, i can constitutionally remove any royal judge (the high judge with approval from the frenzy)

I agree that it is inherent that that is the case, but sometimes it is good to specify every detail... micronationally and in real life I am a strict interpretationalist which means I generally believe everything the government can do should be spelled out. This is inherent though so it barely matters. If someone else agrees with me they can still second it, if not it's fine. As of NOW, here's how we're going:
In the event of an extended absence of the High Royal Judge for a period of twenty (20) or more days and the presence of a Judge may be necessary, and also in the event that the High Royal Judge take an official leave of absence, the Emperor or Empress may appoint a High Regent Judge to serve in this capacity until such time as the High Royal Judge returns.
