We, the assembled free nations of Micronationalism, in an effort to better secure the peace of our nations and the peace of all, to secure the blessings of freedom for the oppressed and enslaved, and to create an international system which is conducive to peace, hearby create, in addition to the previous NAM pact, a pact to create a common foreign policy strategy:
1. Common Defense: Any offensive move, whether it be a diplomatic affront, an act of espionage, or a military attack on a member nation is an attack on all nations and requires a united front, whether it be diplomatically or militarily by all nations. A declaration of war by any nation on a member nation is a declaration of war on all nations in the pact.
2. Common Foreign Policy: Each nation is to choose a representative to the Strategic Pact Council. While nations can make individual small decisions, larger issues, such as declarations of war and declaration of a diplomatic adversary require a 2/3rds vote by members. When a decision is made, it is expected that those who voted against it will follow along.
3. Intelligence Sharing: An Intelligence sharing community will be set up. Intelligence will be shared between nations concerning communal issues in good faith.

Other NAM members are Riponia, Antica and Matbaa, possible soon are Amoria and Alexandria. They are all on very good terms with us. Of course there's the issue of the Common Foreign Policy clause, but we really wouldn't go to war without our NAM allies anyway, if it were serious enough for us to act first. Otherwise the common defense will protect us. The "Declaration of diplomatic adversary" may be at odds with our Secret Enemy laws though...
Please debate until I can get an answer about how our Secret Enemy law will be treated under the Pact.
