A Resolution to Denounce the Novasolum Treaty
WHEREAS, some nations of Novasolum have in the past expressed concern with how Natopia runs its internal and external affairs,
NAMELY, in the Circum-Raynor War when Natopia was criticized for going to war to aid our ally, the Empire of the Alexandrians, also a Novasolum signatory,
ALSO, in how Natopia operates a simulationist space agency and starfleet,
OUTRAGED, that the entire collection of Novasolan nations neglected to inform the Sovereign Natopian Empire of their intention to collectively move to an alternative map to the Micronational Cartography Society map, the map in which the Novasolan Movement and its Nations were founded, occupied, and bound them in the ties of micronational friendship,
NOTING, The Republic of Anthelia has largely directed and monopolized the course of the Novasolum Movement, and that President Darcy of Anthelia is largely responsible for the creation of the Geographic Standards Organization,
FURTHER NOTING the recent creation of the Geographical Standards Organization has displaced the Sovereign Natopian Empire from its long-held traditional territory and caused disruption to the peace of the micronational community,
The Royal Frenzy of the Sovereign Natopian Empire hereby resolves:
To denounce the Novasolum Treaty on August 20, 2006. One year exactly from its entry into force, as perscribed by the withdrawl clause.
That, therefore, on September 20, 2006, the Sovereign Natopian Empire shall be free from all restrictions and responsiblities of the Novasolum Treaty.
All individual treaties that the Sovereign Natopian Empire shares with Novasolan nations will immediately come under review with intent of unilateral termination.
