1. The Colony of Klaasiya is hereby disbandoned and replaced by the Republic of Lavalon.
2. The forums of Klaasiya shall be changed to be the forums of Lavalon.
3. The MCS land currently Klaasiyan shall become Lavalonian.
4. WHEREAS Brian Capelle has been given the Natopian position of Minister of Internal Affairs, he will not be considered shortchanged in this act; therefore the government of Klaasiya shall end and shall transfer to being the government of Lavalon according to all Lavalonian law.
5. Zachary Azillin will be asked but not required to pick either Lavalon or Alrodria to focus on.
