Should be amended to incorporate the ideas mentioned in the thread about culling the royal code.
Here's some of the things that were said:
Brian:
In my opinion, should be appropriately modified to get rid of alcoholic bans and tobacco bans, the former we already discussed.
Nathan:
again... the drugs.... how hypocritcal would it be to only un ban tobacco and alcohol (well, alcohol might be acceptable to re-allow) and keep everyother substance banned?
well then. if alcohol is such a formal pasttime, perhaps it can be unbanned... but only restaurants that have a liquer lisence can sell it... and a liquer lisence will be expensive and restricting on the restaurant... SO much so that the restaurants (and perhaps "classy bars") will want to enforce such restrictions as maximum alcohol intake per person.
Z:
Legalize alcohol! I should be able to go have a glass of wine with my dinner. I should be able to have a Martini if I want to! These are my god given rights! (Not to imply that I've done any of that ;D )
I also believe we should legalize Marijuana I'm series but not particularly dedicated to that cause. (I dont have any personal need to be able to smoke pot in Natopian borders)
But I'm very committed to allowing alcohol. But I don’t support legalizing ciberates. Alcohol is in no way shape or form guarantied to cause serious harm, and or death. Cigarettes on the other hand are.

And Nate again:
Fine... ill vote to keep alcohol... with age limit of 18.
but no cigarettes. and no pot.

actually... while watching a drunk actually crawl up on an SUV and just fall flat on his face on the pavement... joel and i began to think... why do bars throw people out AFTER they've had too much to drink... so that they are certain they will be a hazard to other drivers? therefore... i say we can remove alcohol prohibition... BUT require that any bar have a bus... i mean... u need ur ID to get the alcohol... so then they have ur address... so at the end of the nite... the load all the druinks in the bus and take u home. if u need to be kicked out... the bar calls a cab.
all this on the government's dime... coz i think this empire needs to be more socialist

So are we keeping all of this or what?
