It is with great regret that I propose this measure before the Frenzy. Rob Davis has been out of contact for well over a month, I do not want to assume the worst but the facts remain. We effectivly have no judiciary. I've amended the constitution to allow for the Royal Frenzy to Recall judges, a power necessary for the Frenzy to have.
According to my amendment 3/4 of the Nobles must vote in agreeance to Recall Rob Davis.
I personally believe that Rob would not want us to waste our time waiting for him, he would rather us progress than sit twiddling our fingers. There will be no debate, as this is not a Bill, but anyone may comment if they desire. There will be no quorum for this vote, as the constitution specifies the entire Frenzy.
At least 4 Nobles must vote yes to Recall the Judge.
