x. All same sex couples and non married couples may adopt children with the same standard that opposite-sex and married couples are held to. x.2 Biological Parents will be able to indicate their preference of the adoptive parents' religion, marital status and/or sexual preference before signing their parental rights away. This shall only apply in the case that the child was willingly given away by parents but not purposely abandoned. x.3 Only nationally accredited adoption organizations can conduct the adoption procedure. The Ministry of Internal Affairs will accredit adoption organizations. x.4 Adoptive parents are forbidden to give money to this adoption organizations, to any person working in or related to this association, to the biological parents and to people related to the biological parents; adoptive parents are welcome to donate money to any adoption organizations that they did not use and are not attempting to use to adopt children. x.5 The process of In-Vitro fertilization (IVF) will be a protected practice in Natopia.

I vote yeah EXCEPT for the part where it says adoptive parents can't give money to those related to the biological parents.....this means they can never give any money to the kid they just adopted..!?

u cant vote YES except for one part. Ms Prime Minister, please count Lady Sherry's vote as a vote for the ENTIRE Bill! sherry, that clause means that parents cant donate to adoption agencies so that way the agencies wont have a conflict of interest and give preferential treatment to richer families. but families with a general interest in adoptions can donate to other agencies, as long as they do not plan to adopt from those orgs.
