X. To ensure those living within the established boundaries of the Kingdom are aware of the set of laws protecting them, the Royal Code shall be distributed electronically and conventionally. X.2 All Nobles will have the responsibility of emailing the entire text of the Royal Code to anyone they have appropriate email addresses of that live within the official boundaries of Natopia. a. This emailing shall be performed every four months with the first electronic distribution occuring on September 1, 2005. X.3 Once a year the Nobles will publically post a paper text of the Royal Code in any public forum along with the address of the national website (http://natopia.cjb.net) a. The first public posting of the text will be on September 1 and will fall on that date for subsequent annual postings. X.4 In honor of the importance of September 1 to law and order in general, September 1 of every year shall be known as Frenzy Day and will be a celebration of current Nobles as well as past members of the Frenzy and the Old Senate.
