X. When a citizen of Natopia is discovered to be attempting to violate the Royal Code, that citizen will be subject to the punishment outlined in the violated section of the Royal Code.
X.2 If no punishment is listed for the violation, citizens will be incarcerated for a period of one year.

yes'm. thats the point... to enforce following the rule of law without exceptions. thisll weed out the "oh, if i get caught it'll just be a 50$ fine.. ill do it anyway" people... get em in jail.

what if it's one of those "i'm doing it for the GOOD of the people" like stealing bread to feed your famished, dying family... or little 8 yr old joey next door who's parents are both out of work due to the plague or something they have no money so you yank him some milk and eggs. would you..do you..want to put robin hood in jail!??!? i vote no.

I don’t if Neem can hold votes but I am leaning towards voting no until we put something in there to protect the Robin Hoods, and Jean Valjeans of the world.

Neem... the power to freeze a vote is absoloute: So voting is frozen until 2am on Saturday (time reckoned from ur motion to freeze) ok, so all u Robin Hood protectors... do u also want to repeal the laws that prevent stealing... or just add "... if its for the good of mankind, go right ahead" to each and every law? Where do u suggest we draw the line here folks? Allow poor people to steal but not the rich? Justice is BLIND!!!!  |

Ah, so true.
Man, this sucks. But I like the freezing thing. It makes me feel special.
Well... maybe we should make them go to court and either fine them or put them in jail according to how we see fit.
