Section 26: "Citizen Cleansing Bill"

26. All Citizens shall be required to take a standardized mental competency test, be subject to genetic profiling, and be subject to pyschological profiling.
26.2 All Citizens who score significantly below average on the competancy test shall be sent to the Death House.
26.3 All Citizens who possess genes that, should they procreate, cause their offspring to be burdened with incurable genetic dieseases shall be sent to the Death House.
26.4 All citizens who have been characterized as psychologically insane shall be sent to the Death House.
26.5 The Ministry of Internal Affairs shall oversee these operations and will establish the guidelines to enforce 26.2 through 26.4 of the Royal Code.
26.6The Death House shall be re-activated and maintained upon passage of this bill
