.... um... i dont know how to tell you this, Senators... but... um... that *wonderful* Grand Constitution we passed... uh... hehe... it cant be amended *cringes* so yeah... we'll have to adopt ....a....new one and implement any serious internal reorganizations....

yeah... there's some thing i want to do that need to be changed in the constitution... officially change the Senate to the Legislative Frenzy and eliminate the Grand Alderman position. i think we can borrow from the US govt... the Grand Chancellor will serve as official leader of the Senate (the term chancellor actually means parlimentary leader, the Lavalonians have it termed correctly actually) and the Senate can chose to elect a person to lead debate if it wants.
im going to practise loose interpretation of the constitution and say that since it doesnt say we cant... we can.
the very last section of the constitution
im going to interpret that as to mean that 75% of Senators have to approve amendments... Grand Judge, u are the final say on the constitutionality of this...
