3. The Legislative Frenzy may appoint up to 4 Supreme Judges to the Grand Court for unlimited 2 year terms, the number of Judges must always be odd.
4. The Grand Court may issue a Judicial Review, declaring any law, decree, or policy in Natopia to be against this constitution, and therefore null and void.
5. The Grand Court may, at any time, remove the Grand Chancellor from office for reasons of treason or tyranny.

1. No law, policy, or decree will be made to limit or withhold the freedoms of religion, speech, expression, assembly, press, life, property, residence and petition.
2. Religious organizations may have full access to public institutions; they may not interfere with the normal operation of that institution or impose their religion on any person in the area.
3. No Citizen shall be withheld any rights, freedoms, or liberties on account of race, creed, sex, or any other reason. All Citizens hold the right to vote, no Citizen will be denied the right to vote. A Citizen must be at least 13 years of age to be eligible to vote.
4. Citizenship will not be denied on account of race, creed, or sex.
5. A Citizen of the Sovereign Imperial Republic of Natopia is automatically a Citizen of the Region in which they claim, and therefore bound to the laws of their Region.
6. The executive branch must approve all Citizenship requests and has the power to grant or revoke Citizenships.
7. All Citizens are entitled to competent legal counsel. The judicial branch is responsible for providing competent counselors to Defendants. A four-person jury of peers must unanimously convict Citizens. Citizens found guilty must not be subjected to cruel and unusual punishments.
