Let it be known that the Kingdom of Athlon is hereby a client state of the Confederacy of Gralus,
The Kingdom therefore grants administration of its foreign policy and military to the Confederacy,
The Armored Goats, however, shall remain under the command of the Despotes, but bound by Confederate policies and military hierarchy,
His Holy Majesty hereby assents to any legislation enacted by the Confederate legislature and reserves the right to withdraw from any laws or decisions as allowed by the Confederate Constitution.
