Governor von Zeck,
As you are certainly aware of, the collapse of the Royal Kingdom of Gotzborg has sent shock waves throughout both worlds, Giess and Micras. Our allies, the Empire of the Alexandrians and the Empire of Stormark have both begun operations to pacify the former Gotzer territory on Giess. As you are the primary instrument of Natopian Imperial will on Giess I felt that you be made officially aware of this situation. Alexandria has petitioned me for our support of this move. It should be noted that the Kingdom of Paulovia tried a similar move, albeit more forceful, and was publicly denounced by the community. I am not entirely abreast of the details but would love to hear your opinion on the matter.
I hope that given your time in Gotzborg you can offer a unique perspective to this situation. Hopefully you and I can come to an agreement on how to proceed. When we decide on that, I will have you bring our decision to the GSO in your capacity as my representative on Giess.

I personally think that the land that Gotzborg occupied should be treated as if no micronation was based there. However i feel this rush for land is unjustified at this time as stated by the king, Gotzborg may one day return. That return is highly unlikely but may happen, Gotzborg should be treated as per the GSO on inactive nations. Btw what is the policy?

I don't know... I believe the territory is left on the map as a "legacy territory" and is able to be claimed. However, the concern with Gotzborg was that the GSO map was built around ACII's copyrighted original map.
