The Charter of the Most Silent and Ancient Order of the Black Hole

1. The Order of the Black Hole shall be secular and chivilric in nature. The Order is established to preserve the Natopian Nation, culture, and heritage for posterity.

2. Members will hold the following ranks and may use appropriate post-nominals:

Sovereign (SBH)

Knight/Dame Commander (KCBH/DCBH)

Knight/Dame (KBH/DBH)

Companion (CBH)

3. The most senior member will be Sovereign of the Order. The Sovereign will grant Knighthoods and may expel Knights from the Order.

4. The Order will have the responsibility for creating and caring for any cultural icons for the Government or People of Natopia. The Order will issue official Coats of Arms and Flags in the name of the Government.
