Treaty of Peace and Mutual Recognition
between
The Empire of Antica
and
The Sovereign Imperial Republic of Natopia
In signing this treaty, both parties hereby agree to the following.
Section 1. Both signatories nations agree to recognize the legitimacy and sovereignty of the other, in jurisdiction and in terrirorial claims, actual and virtual, as well as over all subordinate nations, terrirories, provinces, and other such entities.
Section 2. Citizens of both parties have the right to petition the government of the other, through legal, proper, legislative means. Citizens of Natopia thus may hereby voice their opinion in debates in the Antican Senate, however no votes may be cast, and no bills proposed directly.
Section 3. Citizens of both signatory nations may travel freely into and throughout the other nation, unless security issues cause an official closing of borders. If, during any time, one nation decides to close its borders, for any reason, to the citizens of the other, then the other nation may reciprocate the move.
Section 4. In the event that either party of this treaty becomes a target of in micronational war, sabotage, or espionage, the other nation is not obliged, but strongly encouraged to assist in an appropriate manner.
Section 5. In any significant conflict of morals, diplomacy, or otherwise between one of the signatory nation and a nation of which relations are not official between either, the other signatory nation will be obliged to offer full support to the nation with whom this treaty is signed.
Section 6. In the event of a citizen of either nation commiting a crime in the other party's claimed territory, that party has the obligation to extradite that person and leave him subject to the will of the other nation's judiciary.
