The Future of the Natopian Ministry

ok, while we're making sweeping reforms, lets tinker with the ministry of natopian affairs shall we?

firstly... all Lower Ministries should be "promoted" to full Ministries, ministers will be appointed by the chancellor and may operate within their ministry with autonomy until the chancellor intercedes.

the ministry of Natopian Affairs will be replaced with an Imperial Cabinet of all Ministers for private discussions. it will have no powers.

as for PM... i dont think we have a complex enough government to maintain it as it is now. the PM should chose one of the Ministries and become minister of it. however, then the chancellor will appoint one of the minsters to be Prime Minister. there will be no extra work, just that the PM will take over if the chancellor leaves office. so, basically... say Neem chooses to be Minister of Foreign Affairs after all this reorganization. i will then appoint her to be Prime Minister of Foreign Affairs. she will have all the duties of the Mininster of Foreign Affairs... but if i left, she'd take the chancellory and become chanellor herself.

ic that sounds dandy but im scared to have Tasneem as the head honcho....be afraid very afraid!!!!(shes evil yah know) she could be like dath vader and crush my throught with invisibe force powers!...or she could take away all my regions laws...that means...no casul fridays!!!!!....NOOOOOOOOO!!! never!!
