This is a note posted to all signatories of the Treaty of BBC: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Lovely understands signatories concerns that the aforementioned treaty may not be seen as suitable or acceptable around a year after its first signing. Therefore we invite Foreign Affairs ministers from all 8 original countries to a Summit to be held on the MOFA Lovely's forums in the near future. Please click the link below and present your credentials in the ICC Lobby. s2.excoboard.com/exco/thread.php?forumid=131200&threadid=935842Thank you for your time, and if you have no further wish to be a signitory, don't worry.

Do you wish to be removed from the re-written treaty?

I actually disagree. First, if you can't withdraw, we can't either, and because of this if the treaty is "rewritten" and we're not in it at least to our extent the original one is valid. ANd yes, the itty bitty bit of law DOES matter, and with Kieran ousted and Lovely realizing what a moron he was I think we need to gove the BBC treaty another chance.

Look Brian, Natopia is a sovereign nation and WE said the original treaty was invalid unilaterally. How do you not understand that?!
If Lovely wishes we can negotiate a treaty amongst ourselves, but we won't be tied into another multilateral treaty like the BBC Treaty or the Novasolum Treaty.

See you can say it was invalid... except for the fact that there is no withdrawal clause. You're basically doing the same thing Kieran did. About unilaterally, with Novasolum the way it all happened, I can say... I agree on that point... but it wasn't like an alliance with 5 nations... it was lovely aligning with 4 nations that were all just included in one treaty may I point out.
In other words I believe in a strict interpretation of law, which means if it doesn't say you can do it then you can't.

Well you are in no position to officially interpret law

I am not interpreting it when its already there. That's like saying freedom of speech can be 'interpreted' to mean that cheese will be served at all schools everyday; its not the law so it isn't enforceable. I'm just stating what is the law, bottom line.
cheese... hehe. yum.

May I point out that Brian Capelle is the Minister of the Interior... (and I'm 150% sure we got rid of the ambassadorships)
If Islit would like to talk about treaties he can do so with me Zachary Azillin Foreign Minister of the Natopian Empire.
