It's good to hear from the Red Antilles. I must admit the language barrier has prevented me from regularly visiting your Forums.

Of course you may debate in the Senate, currently our legislature is a bit... slow... a trend I've noticed since September. But if a bill is proposed, feel free to debate it.

Also, I'm not sure where it was negotiated, but you can check the "Foreign Treaties" thread in this board for the RA's treaty with Natopia. It was amended to say that Natopia will trade its cotton to the RA in exchange for the RA's dyes. We only did not trade at the time because Natopia was not yet officially on the MCS map and thus had no tradable resources.
