1. Robland Enactation 1 and all previous Robland decisions are hereby repealed.
2. The Count or Countess of Robland may appoint a successor to take their place should they choose to leave or are incapacitated for any reason, and may revoke this status at will. This position shall be named subcount.
3. Even if a Constitution, Enactation, or law orerturns this Enactation, a provision in all such laws must remain in place so that section three forward of this Enactation's results must remain in place forever.
4. Robland's forums shall always remain in Natopia's forums unless the Emperor and Royal Frenzy, or future Natopian government, agrees otherwise.
5. Robland may never secede from Natopia without Natopian governmental permission.
