There is some merit to the fact that moderate amounts of alcohol is beneficial to health... Should the Prohibition Act be amended or replaced so that alcohol is made available only through medical prescribtions? Breweries and wineries could be nationalized so that they only produce enough alcohol to fill prescribtions.

is this what y'all are talking about: 23. All alcoholic beverages are hereby banned from the Kingdom.
23.2 Alcoholic products may not be imported into the Kingdom.
23.3 The production of alcohol is prohibited, those found producing alcohol shall be fined N1,000 for the first infraction and then imprisoned for any subsequent infractions.
23.4 The government will provide free rehabilitation clinics to aid those with the dieseae, alcoholism.
23.5 Breweries will be eligible for subsidies until they have made the transition to more lawful productions. The Ministry of Internal Affairs will oversee and hasten these transitions. I say we take out everything except 23.4 yay, well they don't have to be free, but cost appropriate for even the lowest class citizen |
