You could just make it easier on yourself and take out my brother.... Giving him a position and actually telling him about it would make him feel powerful. That's not a good thing

Tasneem, Tasneem, Tasneem... Osama is a Citizen of Natopia... our constitution ensures that his Citizenship cannot be revoked on any account. The charter of the Internation Association states that since Natopia joined the IA all Citizens of Natopia become voting members of the Lower House in the IA. You can't just make exceptions and ignore certain parts of the law just because it suits you. And an aside to Ryan: You can finally have someone to talk French to. Mr Klaas speaks French. An aside to Mr Klaas: I also noticed you typed a little German on one of your posts. Ich spreche ein bissen deutsch. Ich habe fuer zwei jahre Deutsch gelernt. And then there's Tasneem.... who speaks Spanish.... Also, Mr Klaas, I'm sorry if I've been absent on the MNO boards. I should have been there, defending the IA. But by the time I checked the MNO boards the discussion had already shifted to talking about constitutions, and it would be stupid to just open up an old wound (btw, micronational weenie roast...LOL). I don't know what it is about micronationalists... they are almost all prejudiced against any organization that tries to unite micronations. I guess they think it somewhat defies the very idea of micronationalism. I think its a very good way to actually get micronations active. I guess you may have noticed the post from King Spence of Zarahemla about micronationalism waning in its activity. It seems each micronation has a few active members. There is quite a few nations listed on MNO and many many more elsewhere. Consolidate I say! Strength in numbers. The more the merrier. etc. And that's why I wanted Natopia in the IA. Perhaps I will post a defense of the IA. So it seems as if you're not the only one for it. I better prepare for the verbal backlash I may recieve.

hmm..... i wonder what the platforms of the different families would be?? The Chowdhury's could be the Sibling Unimpowerment Party (SUP) and the Grasses could be the Free Fruit Juice and Bagels at Natopian Gatherings Party (FFJBNGP).

God, I hope we don't have political parties in Natopia. That's where things started to go downhill for the US. Besides, bagels and fruit juice is not a very good platform to center a political party around.
Thank god! Someone else who speaks french!
Oh, and the Hatfield/McCoy feud doesn't exist anymore. The descendants of both sides got together and signed a treaty late last year.

I'd join the Free Fruit Juice and Bagels Party - if it existed. Though I prefer mix iced tea with bagels.
Now all I need to do is learn Italian and I'm all set to move to Switzerland!
Maintenant, la seule chose ce qu'il faut faire est d'apprendre l'italien, et je suis prêt de déménager en Suisse!
Jetzt muß ich nur italienisch lernen, und bin ich bereit mich in der Schweiz zu bewegen!

Nate: Feel free to post anything you like to the MNO site - it will keep the thread on the IA alive and right at the top of the forum so more people will see it. And regarding the not letting little brothers feel too important thing - that's a good rule in general. (Of course, some would say that a fair number of micronations are about helping people feel too important. But I digress.) Anyway, I personally think the IA is off to a pretty good start. (But then, I'm biased.)

Nathan! You need to execute my brother or something! I only wanted him in so he wouldn't get me in trouble for something but then that backfired cause he got me in trouble for talking to you. Doesn't that warrant an execution? It should!
Hey what's wrong with Spanish! At the school I'm going to next year, they think that it's so easy (they also think I'm a genius for some odd reason) that they're moving me from Spanish 3 next year to Spanish 4 so I can be with other junoirs. Well, I'm hoping Spanish is easy. The counselor guy said that if it were German or French he probably wouldn't do that becuase those languages are harder to learn.
Does Mr. Klaas know English, French, and German? Then he must be another genius.
I don't think we should have political parties. If we did, I would definitely not be in one with my brother. The fruit juice and bagel party does sound nice though...
Little brothers definitely should not feel important. They're already babied by parents for being younger. It's just not fair.

Then it's settled - there must be a Free Fruit Juice and Bagels Party (with an optional Iced Tea Caucus).

I would think all kinds of juice would be acceptable, except of course for Strawberry Kiwi Snapple.

Well, it's a big tent party then. Hey, if the current quorum is minimally met and you, me, Ryan and Nate all join the magnificent FJBP, then that could be a working majority in the Lower House of the Association...plus absolute control of the Upper House! Hmm. Actually, seems like a lot of fuss just for free juice and bagels. Oh well.
