Government of Natopia vs. Aryeztur

Plaintiff: Government of Natopia
Defendent: Aryeztur Mejorkhor

Reason: Aryeztur has issued the following "death sentence" to several members of the international community, including the Sovereign Natopian Emperor and has sentenced other Natopians, Brian Capelle and Zachary Azillin, to prison sentences for such "crimes" as anti-Aryezi sentiment and hypocracy among other unfounded charges.

The following people are sentenced to death for crimes against Aryez:

Sager for anti-Aryezism, slander, incitment of hate, attempted genocide, war, hostility, and sabotoge

Foghorn for anti-Aryezism, slander, incitment of hate, and sabotoge

Octavius Me for the same reasons as Foghorn

Delphi Augustus for the same reasons as Foghorn

Henzelli for genocide and homosexual activity

Nate for anti-Aryezi sentiment and deliberate hostility

Carson Smith for treachery, anti- Aryezism

Adrashir Khan for inciting anti-Aryezi hate from major powers

Bill3000 for spreading intermicronational Aryezi hate

The following people are getting long prison sentences: Olorix, Geminidc, Entropious, Graius, Zac, Brian Capelle, Carson Smith (Brian and Carson for treachery, Zac for hypocracy, Entropious for adultery)

The following people get the Aryezi Award, the knighthood : Steven of Antica and Xon

The infinite mercy of the Emperor of Aryez has commuted all these sentences to life in prison with forced labor.

Aryeztur's announcement of forced labor and execution is clearly against Royal Code sections 7.2 and 7.8. (homicide and forced servitude, respectfully). He is also in violation of section 9.5, Continual verbal attacks on another citizen for the sole purpose of upsetting the victim.

Well we're ALL part of the US government, theoretically. I meant as an individual; possibly as a civil charge.

Since Aryez has stated publicly that he apologises, and claims that the "Sentences" were mere jokes, I really dont see a point in dragging it out further.

If you insist, then we can proceed, but I am pretty sure he wont even show up. And us passing sentence on him is just as bad as him passing sentence on any of us. He's not a citizen here, is he?

Now - he did make a public mockery of the Emperor - which is certainly a no-no... So that would be one charge I could see moving on with. Also the aforementioned "Continual verbal attacks on another citizen for the sole purpose of upsetting the victim" does not apply here, I believe. This one instance certainly doesnt constitute a "continual" attack.

Yeah. I mean - you all know I dont really like the guy personally. But in this instance, it would just be more trouble than he's worth to go through all that. As Emperor, though - there is an easy solution to Aryez...Banish him. Plain and simple...write up a decree, and banish his ass from Natopia forever. Just a thought.
