It is the decision of the Grand Chancellory that Matthew Vasroixe be executed by any means necessary. All citizens or foreign bounty hunters may bring a suitable sign of his death to the doorstep of the Imperial Mansion, Vista de Nada, where they will be able to claim their reward of N10,000.

actually... Natopia's founding was riddled in executions... this is an honor as your execution will usher in a return of the olden days.
(that and the awards and honoary titles we give out actually mean something and are for people who actually do something worthy)

Why not be nice? Because Xon's shallow attempt at "reconciliation" with Lavalon was an egomaniacal way for him to look like the Jesus of Lavalon. He's doing everything he can to take control of Lavalon while putting on a USSR-USA cold-war reinactment. This is totally justified with his ranting and raving and bipolar mood swings in regards to Lavalon. Can I have the N10,000 for reinacting the murder of Nate but replacing Nate's name for Xon's?  I'm sure you remember that, Nate.  |

Im not the one picking the fight.. he started it by refusing my and Neem's request for him to recind the abomination of an "honorary" " Avalonian" citizenship. As stated above, I wanted to return the favor in kind... but Natopia doesnt hand out honorary citizenships to people who hate us (check our diplomatic policy about Avalonia, it is less than friendly in context), so a Bagelcratican-style execution was the only option I had. There is a Dilbert cartoon that goes something like this:
Some company wants Dilbert dead and has put out an order offering a million dollars for his execution. Dogbert comes to them and gives them a picture of Dilbert, half-dressed, surfing the Internet at his computer. He explains to the company that their order did not specifically say he had to bring evidence that Dilbert was dead, only "prove that he is without life".
Any chance I could do the same thing here and claim the money?
