Good intentions, but you are clueless as to how the music industry actually works and how bad artists are screwed (unless, of course, they run an indie label which can surprisingly be more profitable than being a more famous artist.) In my opinion, it conflicts with 7.3 about theft being illegal.

In my opinion, should be appropriately modified to get rid of alcoholic bans and tobacco bans, the former we already discussed.
