Whereas Article VI, Section 3 reads: Three-fourths of Royal Frenzy must vote to approve amendments and changes to this Constitution. The Emperor must approve all alterations to the Royal Constitution and may alter the document by himself.

Us Nobles, assembled in Royal Frenzy, hereby motion to amend Article VI, Section 3 to read: Three-fourths of Royal Frenzy must vote to approve amendments and changes to this Constitution. The Emperor must approve all alterations to the Royal Constitution.

Please debate Nobles.

This amendment will take away my power to amend the constitution on a whim. ...It's just too tempting, if it weren't so easy to change it, we might be able to keep the same constitution for more than a month around here...
