His Sovereign Majesty's government will pay commissions to the those individuals, citizen of Natopia or otherwise, that contribute to the Kingdom Library's collection of literature and fine art. x.2 Fifty Natopos will be awarded to authors for each essay that they submit to the Library. x.3 Two Hundred Natopos will be awarded to artists for each piece that they submit to the Library. x.4 This Section shall be considered retroactive.

im changing my bill... adding some friendly amendments and whatnot...

obviuosly we cannot legislate what art is and isnt, but a minimal 200 word limit should prevent abuse of this law.

what about poems? is that literature? coz we've got a lot of poems and song lyrics in the library... would those be N50 each??
and i see a loophole... it just says each piece that they submit... it should say "each piece of their own creation that they submit"
