i dont know if i already askled u this in an email but since im not AOL right now i cant check... so ill just ask here. what are Lavalonian guidelines for citizenship? also how could Natopia go about entering into formal relations with Lavalon? thanks! Guidelines for Lavalon citizenship: Our Chief Justice, Matthew Martin (aka "Xon") says "I interpret the Constitution as giving any branch of government with the power to create legislation the abilty to award citizenship." I'm the President, and the President has the ability to create legislation through the use of the Presidential legislative power (Article 2, Section a, Subsection 2 of the Constitution of Lavalon). Thus, if you want in, ask me, and I can make it happen. Formal relations with Lavalon: Establishing formal relations would require the approval of the General Assembly of Lavalon, and whatever such things normally require on Natopia's side, of course.

well... in that case I'd like to be a citizen of Lavalon please. and for Natopia to enter into formal relations it requires the approval of either the Minister of Foreign Affairs or myself... since the good Minister is not registered online and the position was granted to him merely as a thank-you for being involved in Natopia's conception... I hereby approve of Natopia's pursueing of relations with Lavalon.

Nate...you're in. When you get a chance, go to www.lavalon.tk and register for an account on the forums. Hopefully you'll get your registration information quickly by E-mail (if not, hassle Panevi, the Minister of Technology who runs the website, for it). Oh, while I'm thinking about it, there's also something on the Association Forums you should respond to. If you do, we can finally convert those two IA bills into Laws of the Association. I know, lots of stuff, so little time.

I just issued an order delaying the vote, and put up a work around to the problems with the Lavalon forums...people can register instead on my Republic of West Overbrook forums and say whatever it is they need to say on the Lavalon board I just put up there. I've been trying to get our Minister for Technology to do something about this to no avail. Hmph. Oh well, one way or another we're going to get those new citizens the right to actually talk to us. I'm having some trouble reading Lavalon's forum (white on white may be stylish, but it's a little hard to read), but anywhere that specifically denies Kieran citizenship has to be good, and I wish you excellent luck in exasperating him as well as in whatever other things you do there.

First off, sorry for not posting for a bit - connectivity problems. I`m in Moncton, NB, and I thought I would have access to a computer before this, but I didn`t. I return to Ottawa, ON tomorrow and will be back a the ol` puter. Second, we`ll probably be working on a few things in Lavalon when I get back from here in Moncton. I`m in a reforming mood.

That's what I thought but I didn't want to say it and be wrong and sound even more stupider than usual.

Sorry, yes, it's New Brunswick - and I'm still managing to catch up (*out of breath*) with my micronational duties...people picked the week I was to go to NB as the week that everyone wanted to join the IA and pass legislation in Lavalon and etc. etc. ad. inf. ad. naus. Still watching my Natopian baseball team, too. Hey, Mark Prior's coming off the DL soon. And I got him.
