Also, she has expressed disinterest and even disgust with Natopia and even micronationalism in general. I will let her defend my accusations.
and Craig... your "ceasing of ties" with sherry is out of order in the current debate. Perhaps you would like to submit your poem to the Republic Library's archive of creative works?

Craig, we are all stressed out. And the fact that you say that Sherry is even more stressed out than us all just gives another reason for Sherry to be removed. sherry is, as you say, unable to particpate because of other committments, I completly understand, I'm very involved in school as well (sherry and i are in all the same clubs ya know) but since sherry is even more stressed out she cannot handle her job... which requires constant participation to ensure the constitutionality of all laws. Her full title is Grand Judge of All Laws and Rights... she needs to be familiar with (at least) all laws and rights... that requires particpation! I'm sorry... but a more qualified and active person must take her place! [glow=red,2,300]Exactly[/glow] Btw, this glow thing is awesome!!!!

I motion for an extension on the voting to remove the Grand Judge Sherry. My reasoning for that is because the internet does not work in the Lochhatonian Castle disabling the 2 senators from voting on resolution 2.

What in the world? Jenny and Joey don't even know Sherry.. how could they vote yes to remove her from her rightful duties, that's not fair, if they knew her they would understand..

Actually, to tell you the truth.. the things that I am saying to try to defend Sherry sound reallllly stupid. When I talk to Sherry about it she's like.. ugg this is just so stupid! and I mean if she were really concerned and wanted to be grand judge she wouldnt say that. It wouldnt hurt if she wasnt grand judge anymore, I mean to tell you the truth I think that duty belongs to Nathan.. I mean he knows the laws best, he should be the one to back them up and defend them. Either that or Tasneem because she posts here the most often and probably knows Natopia a lot. Just, well what if Sherry were to agree to be a little more respectful to Natopia, and pay more attention to the laws..? Could she still be grand judge..? I mean I know we've already given her a second chance right? Also I would like to say that I think that Sherry (and everyone else) shouldnt have to post as often because I mean we do have school and everything and it's so hard to get time for Natopia in sometimes. Can we just not be expected to post as often..? ah in fact i should be studying for Spanish.. and then correcting something for College American.. Ah I have to go.. sorry guyz.

We're not expected to post that often, but not posting for more than a couple months... well, there's just no possible excuse that you're too busy to put in 2 minutes to check the forum.

hi everyone. my internet is working right now....but i don't know when it just might quit again. first i'd like to say that i've only gotten an email once or twice about when to come and vote about a bill. YES i DID write my email in my profile when I signed up. and YES i did sign up as a member when Nathan told me about this forum. BUT IT IS STILL CALLING ME A GUEST. is that fair? NO is it my fault that i didn't know when we had to vote? Not entirely. I'm sure the reasons some of you came to vote for certain things was becuase you were reminded. well i don't get reminded through e mail like you do. i don't know why it does that for me it just is like that.
I elecet Theresa to the Senate. She told me she votes No on my being removed. Now, Nathan said: Ironically, the only person that can veto senate appointments is the Grand Judge I'm not going to be a little sneak and now veto all appointments of people who have voted against me. BUT NATHAN, if you appoint that one person from that other country that you would tell to vote against me, then I will reject his appointment. Others too maybe...if you all are going to be unfair about this, i can too.
Also, I think it is COMPLETELY unfair that you say I can't vote on this removing me from the grand judge position. I am a senator, I should vote. NO ONE would ever tell president Bush that he can't vote in his own election when that is certainly a "conflict of interests" like you so put it.
and Tasneem you're closet relative isn't in Mexico, Missouri. I was talking about that you have your brother's computer to use and all of those other ones you listed. Our internet has been breaking down a whole lot lately, and I just don't have other places to go to use it.
I'd just like to say again that it is just not fair that I don't get reminders to when i'm supposed to vote like EVERYONE else that gave it their e mail. ALSO I NEVER get a notification that someone has replied to my posts on this forum like i check in the box EVERY time I write a post. So, you cannot use that against me--it's not my fault! it's not my fault this board doesn't recognize me as a member after i signed up to be one! jeeze this was all supposed to be a game. and now it seems like everyone doesn't like me. yeah i would have come and voted if i got reminded to, i have plenty of other things on my mind too, not just this game.

Craig's motin to extend the voting will be taken as a second for my motion to extend voting to 11pm Wednesday.
Sherry... Bush can vote for himself because it is an election.. a popular, democratic election. This is a legislative decision. Its a common procedure to prohibit a legislture from voting in a situaiotn that would invite a conflict. A problem of Natopia is that all of our "seperate branchs" intertwine! judicial and executive officials all particpate in the legislative and vice versa... its a major problem that must be solved soon.
However.... I know tree would vote no...and ill accept her appointment as Lochhatonian Senator. However... she MUST post her vote, herself, by 11pm on Wednesday.

I'm sure the reasons some of you came to vote for certain things was becuase you were reminded. well i don't get reminded through e mail like you do. i don't know why it does that for me it just is like that. I always seem to vote before we are reminded. That's cause I check the forum. It's not that hard. Not getting the email doesn't mean that you don't have to check the forum. Oh, I see how it is. You use your powers only when there is a chance of you gettin kicked out. Well, suppose we don't kick you out, what are you going to do then? Check the forum ever? Maybe once a year? Are you actually going to do anything? If you don't get kicked out, you should be obligated to check the forum at least once a week. If you don't check Natopia, or continue to have that "it's a game, I don't care" attitiude, then you're not really fit to have the position. That's all we're trying to say. jeeze this was all supposed to be a game. and now it seems like everyone doesn't like me. yeah i would have come and voted if i got reminded to, i have plenty of other things on my mind too, not just this game. If it's just a game, then why do you care? You want to the Grand Judge but you think Natopia is just some old lame game? It's not that everyone doesn't like you, it's just that you're not doing your duties as a judge. That's it. Also, it seems like your the one who doesn't like Natopia as you keep calling it a "game" and stuff like that

well he never made it a rule that you have to try to come once a week. so maybe if it was a rule to try to come every so often i would. or i would even if it wasn't a rule. but yeah it definitely seems like no one here likes me, you say that's not it but sure whatever why should i want to come when this forum doesn't even work right for me ever anyway. it just makes me mad

The vote is closed. By an 83% majority, Sherry Lochhaas, this Senate hereby removes her from the Office of Grand Judge of All Laws and Rights and strips her of the title that correlates to that position. She will retain her seat in this Senate and all voting priviledges are restored to her. She will have the title of Her Excellency and will retain her position as Regional Chancellor of Lochhatonia.
