No, because for one, any current non hip hop artist would be worse, especially country singers who should all be damned to a life of sewage cleaning, and two, there is no hip hop category since some would say hip hop is only rap while others may go so far as to call Justin Timberlake hip hop... but now that I think of it, there needs to be a pop category.
