Chaire Eugenoi,
The Lands of Athlon shall be organized into a Hegemony to better reflect the culture and goal of this State. Each currently recognized city shall be organized into an autonomous Polis. They are recognized as being:
Doza
Hergon
Eupragia
Thermonesos (formerly Laste Resort)
Aigialos (formerly Lakeside)
Doza, as the most developed and cultured Polis shall lead the Hegemony. The leader of Doza shall lead all of Athlon as the Hegemon. All poleis will acknowledge Doza's primacy or suffer isolation from the Hegemony and potential destruction at the hands of the Persians.
The Hegemony has two Leagues, Psycotian and Eurian. These are cultural and defensive divisions.
The Psycotian League is led by Doza, which has direct control over Hergon and Eupragia. These poleis were once part of Lovelian Psycotia.
Doza shall be a tyranny, lead by the direct representative of the Natopian Government. It will be the center of learning and culture.
Hergon shall be a stratocracy and provide the bulk of the Hegemony's military. The polis will be constructed as a fortress to protect all of the Hegemony's vital officials in desperate times. It will be administered by the Order of the Armored Goat, the Hegemony's military.
Eupragia shall be a bureaucracy and house the main governmental office buildings. Administered directly by the departmental appointees from Doza.
The Eurian League is led by Aigialos which has direct control over Themonesos, both poleis being part of the former Nation of South Mehlville.
Thermonesos is a city of relaxation and hedonism. It is anarchic and nominally claimed by Aigialos.
Aigialos is a city closest to the Persian horde. It is the shoreline of civilization against the sea of barbarism. Recent conversion to Athlonian culture has mixed and muddied the culture and cultural exchange with mainland Eura is made in this city and some consider it impure Athlonian. It is a kleptocratic government corrupted by Persian and Natopian interests.
Decreed by the hand of Theodores Piotesanthropou Dozes, Tyrannos Dozos, Hegemonos Athlonos (Nathan son of Edwin of Doza, Tyrant of Doza, Hegemon of Athlon)
