With much rejoicing we witness the rebirth of Natopia.
Desiring a union with our old mother country I hereby declare that the Kingdom of Athlon respectfully removes itself from the Confederation of Gralus, and pending that body's approval, will seek annexation into the restored Sovereign Natopian Empire.
