I do not intend to write a constitution so I will outline the Athlonian government here.
The King is an absolute monarch, divine prophet of the blessed Butter Cow, and grand master of the Armored Goats.
The Order of the Armored Goat is the military of the kingdom.
Knights of the Armored Goat sit on the Caprine Council, which can enact laws, act as an executive body, and serves as the judiciary.
Any citizen may become a Knight of the Armored Goat.
Regular citizens may not participate in the government but are subject to it.
Basically, if you want to participate in this nation beyond just chatting in the pub or maybe setting up a shop, you must join the military.
