Noting a great need for organization in the kingdom following our independence,
The Mesogaiaeon and the Xenikoseon are hereby established to handle the internal and foreign duties of the king, at his pleasure,
The King may appoint a Mesarchos, who will administer the Mesogaiaeon, and a Xenarchos, who will administer the Xenikoseon.
Signed this Twenty-fifth Day of the month of Tasneber in the Third Year of the Era After Family Guy, by the hand of His Holy Majesty, Nathan the Only, King of Athlon, Grand Master of the Holy Order of the Armored Goats, Botriarch of the Church of Bovinism
