Just describe your proposed silly walk here, and after we get three applications, the Ministry will award grants based on merit, need, and whatever is left over.
The Government has released N1000 to give out in the way of grants, so that N1000 will be divided amongst the 3 proposed silly walks.

i want a grant for my silly walk...i cant really describe it but i can show it in person. I use my ability to walk like bender, a nazi, and my funky fresh dance moves to walk the silliest way possible and i would use the money recieved to furthar pursue this silly walk.

The deadline for silly walk applications will be Wednesday, Sept. 21. If we recieve 2 more before that date, the grants will be awarded earlier. If we get no more applications, the entire N1000 goes to joel (who's silly walk is quite good).

what the heck is it?
but it's september 24th....darn.
btw...i've never been more scared in my entire life.. i can't believe you actually have a constitution....
