Senate Bill 18
"Right to Partake of Culture Act"
This government shall not punish its citizens for downloading media files.
The media forms of art, music, and video shall be protected by, but not limited to, this act.
Citizens are obviously a part of mankind, and therefore have the right to partake in all aspects of mankind's culture.
Culture shall be defined as, but not limited to, all aspects of a group of humans that defines that group. No law of this government shall with hold culture from any humans.
Aspects of culture that cause harm to bystanders, or death to participants will not be protected by this act.

I am in favor of this bill because the government should not punish things that encourage cultural education.

exactly... how can one thing made by man (government) have more authority over anything else created by man (culture). culture should not be withheld from the people it is intended to entertain and educate.

I support the right to get music free because those singers get paid way too much and cd's cost too much so there's no point in me spending nonexistant money on overpriced things.
